The Author
“I never had a Plan B — only the will to make Plan A work.”
Souzan Azizian
Souzan Azizian is an entrepreneur, author, and trainer who built her career around a simple idea:
success belongs to those who commit fully.
Her journey spans Paris, Europe, and the Middle East, where she has led, founded, and developed several organizations in the fields of education, digital innovation, and training.
Graduated and deeply passionate about human development, she founded Talent & Training and SA & Consultants, two companies dedicated to corporate transformation and leadership development.
She also launched the French branches of an e-learning LMS and a digital signage SaaS platform, combining technology, pedagogy, and strategy.
“I’ve learned that boldness isn’t measured by the risk you take, but by how faithful you remain to your Plan A.”
The Philosophy
The No Plan B concept was born from experience,
from decisions made without a safety net, paths followed without certainty,
and the deep conviction that clear-eyed courage is worth more than illusory safety.
Through her book and her talks, Souzan Azizian explores themes of:
self-transcendence,
entrepreneurial mindset,
conscious leadership,
the balance between ambition and authenticity,
and personal transformation through action.
“This book was born from the moments when everything could have stopped —
but it was precisely then that Plan A revealed its true strength.”
Commitment
Beyond her entrepreneurial journey, Souzan has always been driven by a deep desire to share knowledge and inspire others.
She trains, supports, and mentors leaders, executives, creators, and students through Executive Education programs, notably with Riviera University Paris — a Franco-Asian business school that she actively helps develop.
Her talks blend psychology, management, and storytelling, leaving a lasting impact — one of inner awakening, action, and responsibility.
“A leader’s role isn’t to foresee everything. It’s to stay true to who they are — even when everything around them changes.”
In the Media
Souzan regularly appears in the media, as well as in podcasts and conferences on leadership, success, and the psychology of achievement.
Her talks combine depth and clarity — they don’t offer formulas, but directions.
